A tree comes down, the furnace quits. We find the vendor, confirm the price with you, and get it done. One line on your monthly invoice.

What’s the difference between Gold and Platinum?
How often we inspect. Gold ($300/mo) includes an inspection every other week. Platinum ($500/mo) includes a weekly inspection. Both include your Cabin File, security checks, mouse checks and traps, a photo report after every visit, vetted vendors, and one consolidated invoice.
What is a Cabin File?
Before we start, we document the things you’d want someone to know in an emergency: water and gas shutoffs, the breaker map, and any contractors who have a history working at your property.
How are additional services priced?
They’re bid on request. We confirm the price with you before any work starts, and it shows up as one line on your monthly invoice.
Who does the work?
We coordinate every job and use vendors we know, licensed and insured, people we would send to our own places.
When does service start?
We are launching April 2027. Most property owners line up spring service over the winter, so reserve your place now on our spring 2027 schedule.

How far do you travel?
We serve properties within 60 miles of Detroit Lakes, MN. If you’re near the edge of that range, give us a call and we’ll let you know.
